jiliboo Terms and Conditions: Rules for Philippine Players

Eligibility

To register and use a jiliboo account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years old as required under Philippine law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where using the jiliboo platform would violate applicable local laws.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of jiliboo or any affiliated company.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not representing any third party.
• You are not self-excluded, suspended, or otherwise restricted from online gaming by any regulatory authority or jiliboo itself.
• You are mentally capable of making informed decisions and are not under the influence of any substance that would impair your judgment.

jiliboo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings accumulated during a period where eligibility conditions were not met may be forfeited.

Account Registration and Management

Each person is permitted to hold one jiliboo account only. Multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms, any associated bonus balances will be forfeited, and all accounts may be permanently closed.

When registering, you must provide complete and accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and any other details requested during the registration form. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Outdated or inaccurate account information can delay withdrawals and identity verification.

jiliboo may request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method documentation — before processing any withdrawal or at any point during account review. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process and is required for regulatory compliance.

Account credentials, including your username and password, are your responsibility. You should not share them with any other person. jiliboo will not be held responsible for losses or issues arising from shared account access. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, change your password immediately and contact jiliboo support.

Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits at jiliboo are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You must only fund your account using a payment method that belongs to you and that you are legally authorised to use. Third-party payments are not permitted and may trigger a freeze or review of the affected account.

Accepted Philippine payment methods at jiliboo may include:

• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph (mobile wallets)
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard bank-issued cards

Deposits are generally credited promptly after authorisation, but processing delays from payment providers are outside jiliboo's direct control. Keep your deposit reference number until the balance reflects in your jiliboo account.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at jiliboo are processed to the verified payment method associated with your account. jiliboo will not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or to a different payment method than used for deposits unless identity verification and additional documentation have been reviewed and approved.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes completing identity verification and any outstanding document submission requests. Accounts with open bonus balances subject to wagering requirements may have withdrawal restrictions until those requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jiliboo offers various promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to individual terms that include, at minimum:

• Qualifying conditions: which payment methods, deposit amounts, or account statuses make a player eligible.
• Eligible games or markets: not all jiliboo games or betting markets contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements.
• Wagering rollover: the number of times a bonus or deposit-plus-bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

Stakes and bets confirmed on the jiliboo platform are final and cannot be reversed once accepted by the system. Disconnections during a session — whether caused by your device, your internet connection, or any other factor outside jiliboo's direct control — do not automatically void or reverse confirmed wagers. Game history and settled results in your account history represent the official record.

In the event of a clear and demonstrable software or game malfunction, jiliboo may investigate and adjust affected rounds. Such events do not create a general entitlement to refunds or replacement credits. jiliboo's determination of an affected round or session is final. Results produced during a documented error period may be voided rather than awarded.

Players may not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical advantage tool to interact with jiliboo games. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended and relevant balances reviewed.

Sports Betting, Boxing, MMA, and Sabong

Sports and event betting at jiliboo — including boxing, MMA, and Sabong markets — is subject to the following conditions in addition to the general Terms and Conditions:

• Odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance are the confirmed odds for that wager. Odds change frequently and the price at confirmation is the final agreed price.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or significantly altered after bets are accepted, jiliboo will apply the market-specific rules applicable to that event type. Voided bets have stakes returned; suspended markets are not available until officially reopened.
• In-play betting markets open and close at jiliboo's discretion. Bets cannot be placed during a market suspension. If connectivity is lost during an in-play window, jiliboo cannot guarantee that a bet instruction received after the window closed will be processed.
• For Sabong events, a declared draw or no-contest by the arena referee results in void bets and stake returns, unless a specific draw market was available and selected. Confirm individual event rules before placing Sabong bets at jiliboo.
• Settlement of sporting events follows the official result as declared by the relevant sanctioning body. jiliboo's settlement decision is final once published in the player's bet history.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jiliboo platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Operating more than one jiliboo account, or assisting another person in circumventing account limits.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information or documentation during any stage of account registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software vulnerabilities, or payment processing inconsistencies to generate illegitimate credits.
• Using another person's payment method to fund a jiliboo account without that person's verified authorisation.
• Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate market outcomes, exploit promotional structures, or create artificial win patterns.
• Using any form of automated, scripted, or bot-driven interaction with the jiliboo platform.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the jiliboo platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing account access with another individual, regardless of the stated reason.

Responsible Gaming

jiliboo is not liable for losses or damages arising from: internet service disruptions outside our direct control; player device failures; delays caused by payment providers; decisions made by players based on information that has changed since it was last updated on the platform; or losses resulting from a player's own breach of these Terms.

In all cases, jiliboo's maximum liability to any player for any event or series of connected events is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30-day period. This limitation does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

Account Suspension and Termination

jiliboo may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if:

• These Terms or any promotional terms have been breached.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 is detected or reasonably suspected.

• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.
• An account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the current platform policy.

If an account is closed due to a player's breach, jiliboo may retain balances to offset any identified losses or costs arising from that breach. In cases of account closure not related to a breach, verified real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus amounts) will be returned through the last verified payment method after the review process is complete.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting jiliboo support. Voluntary closure requests are actioned promptly, subject to any outstanding verification or withdrawal requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

jiliboo may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
